WHAT IS E30 Fitness? CAN I GET MORE INFO?

E30 Fitness offers clients 30 minute fat loss boot camps that deliver results and challenge the body every time. 

Our signature “HIIT” workouts keeps the body burning extra calories for up to 36 hours after each workout. HIIT is proven better for weight loss over steady state cardio such as treadmills, olypicals, bikes, etc.

We offer you hundreds of different fat burning exercises and healthy recipes that taste delicious and make food fun for the entire family. 

CAN I Reserve a membership AT THE E30 Fitness location that is Convenient OR DO I HAVE TO DO IT ONLINE?

Yes, you can sign up for your membership at a convenient E30 fitness location or you can reserve your membership anytime online at E30fitness.com 

WHAT ARE YOUR SESSION TIMES?

Schedules vary by location. All locations offer morning and evening sessions. (Times of class of the locations once we have them)

CAN I GET STARTED TODAY?

Yes, you can! Just activate your free week. We’ll email you the voucher right away. Then you just need to bring that with you to boot camp and you’re good to go! Once you’ve enjoyed your free week of workouts, our coaches will show you membership options and help you pick out the best option for you.

HOW DO I KNOW I’LL GET WEIGHT LOSS RESULTS?

Before your first workout with us, we’ll walk you through a quick but thorough Orientation to gather all of your starting data. This includes weight, inches, body fat percentage, and more. 

For as long as you work out with us, we will be using this computerized information to track your progress so you can make sure you’re on track to reaching your health and fitness goals. For most of our members that means a specific weight.


We take great pride in helping our clients meet and exceed their weight loss goals. We also make sure to celebrate “non-scale” victories like having more energy or breaking personal records in boot camp.

This applies to both promotions and full memberships.

IS YOUR PROGRAM BEGINNER FRIENDLY?

Yes! In fact, many of our clients start with zero or very little experience with working out. Our program is specifically designed to help people who want to get fast results and find support in a positive community.
