E30 Fitness Coach

Role (Overview of the Position)
Our E30 fitness Coaches are responsible for changing lives by leading training sessions, accountability coaching, providing our Red Carpet Customer Service Standard, and by doing whatever it takes to make our member’s experience inside our facility the Best 30 Minutes of Their Day.  

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)
Lead high energy training sessions
Provide nutritional and supplement information 
Complete all tasks on our Red Carpet Customer Service Standard
Contact members monthly for Accountability Coaching 
Provide education, motivation and recognition on social media
Weekly follow up with members on a trail program


Front Desk/ Club Representative


Role (Overview of the Position)
As the front line of contact it is your main responsibility to represent our brand, make each person you have contact with leave with a smile, and to do whatever it takes to make our member’s experience inside our facility the Best 30 Minutes of Their Day.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)
Answer all forms of contact (phones, text line, Facebook messages)
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments 
Lead New Client Orientation with enthusiasm 
Complete all tasks on our Red Carpet Customer Service Standard
Product Inventory 
Assist members with account related questions 


Facility Leader


Role (Overview of the Position)
We are on a mission to change lives and you are responsible for deploying that mission by overseeing service delivery, creating a strong community at your location and leading our Dream Team of coaches. As the brand ambassador for your location you should expect to be featured publicly in the community and on social media.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)
Mange location social media 
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews 
Ensure all steps completed in the 21 Day process for trail members 
Oversee programming 
Hire and train new coaches 


Club Manager

Role (Overview of the Position)
Responsible for generating revenue through sales, overseeing daily operations, compliance with our Red Carpet Customer Service Standard and onboarding team members at your facility.  

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)
New membership sales and cancellations 
Generate offline leads through business partnerships and community outreach
Identify repairs and supply orders, while managing inventory through Daily Club Walks 
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews 
Ensure monster follow up procedures for leads are followed  
Hire and train new front desk, conduct all in club terminations
